What exactly is in-home pet care?
In-home pet care provides a solution for owners who want their pets safe and comfortable while away. As a professional sitter I stay in your home, ensuring your pet maintains their routines. How do you ensure the safety of my pet and home?
The safety and well-being of your pet and home are my utmost priority. I am dog and cat CPR and First-Aid certified, so I am prepared to respond to any emergencies with confidence. Additionally, I am fully insured and bonded to provide you with peace of mind while you're away. Whether it’s responding to an emergency, or simply ensuring your pet feels secure in a familiar environment, I take every precaution to keep your pet safe and comfortable at all times.

What type of pets do you care for?
I care for a wide variety of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, large and small mammals. If you have a more exotic pet or unique care needs, feel free to contact me, and we can discuss your pet’s specific requirements.

How do I book your services?
For first time clients:
Contact me so I can answer any questions and we can set up an initial meet and greet.
For existing clients:
Contact me with the dates you are interested in booking. If they are available I will then invoice you for a 50% deposit and send you a copy of our contract. Your booking is confirmed when both the deposit is paid and the signed contract returned.

Does booking require a deposit?
Yes, I require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the service to secure your booking. This helps ensure commitment and protects both of us. The balance will be due at the end of the pet-sitting service.

How do I prepare for your stay with my pet?
Before your booking, I will schedule a meet-and-greet to go over any important details, such as feeding schedules, medical needs, and any special care instructions. You’ll also fill out a pet profile form so I can ensure everything is taken care of while you’re away.

What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that plans can change! I require at least 14 days notice for cancellations. If the cancellation is made 14 or more days before the start of the service your deposit is fully refundable. If the cancellation is made 13 days or less prior to the start of of the service the deposit is forfeit.

Do you provide service for long-term stays?
Yes! I offer extended care for longer stays, whether you're away for a few days or several weeks. Let me know the dates, and I’ll customize a plan for your pet’s needs to ensure they get the care and attention they deserve.

Can I request updates and photos while I'm away?
Absolutely! I understand how important it is to stay connected while you're away. I provide regular updates via text, email, or through your preferred method, and I’m happy to send photos and videos of your pet so you can see how they’re doing.
